Trago: Central American tapas with a personal history.
Trago was a vision first inspired by the Hispanic dishes made by my recently departed grandma, Anna Maria Rosa Carlota Urrutia Evans, aka Muneka, aka Neka, and since that is more than a mouthful, we'll just call her Mimi.
Many years ago, I envisioned sharing these flavorful and unique dishes via a food truck, but thanks in part to great timing and financial backing, my food truck has grown into a 2,500 sq ft building.
My mission for Trago is to provide an eclectic, fun, and upscale bar and restaurant where people can mingle and socialize while experiencing custom cocktails and tequila tastings, as well as unique and delicious, shareable foods.
My vision of Trago is a place to meet your friends and co-workers to drink, eat, and listen to great music, a date night where you can sit in the lounge area and forget about the stresses of the day, or a girls' night out sharing a pitcher of sangria. It's a vision of sharing, community, socializing, and energy.
